FAQ – Caring and Ordering Your Dragon

1. Do the dragons move?
Yes!  All of the dragons are fully articulated, meaning the body, tail, or wings can twist and coil like a real creature. Handle them gently, though—thin horns or tails can still be fragile.

2. I’m not 100% sure if I should trust buying here…
No worries. If you feel safer, you can always order through my Etsy shop. Etsy provides platform protection, though prices are slightly higher there due to fees. Either way, the dragon you get is forged by me, same quality, same magic.

3. Can I get a custom color for my dragon?
Absolutely. Check my reviews and you’ll see plenty of colors that aren’t even listed. I love experimenting with new shades and effects. Most of the time, I won’t even charge extra—your dream dragon color is very possible.

4. How long does it take to ship a dragon?
Usually I ship within 3 days, worldwide. International deliveries can take longer depending on customs and postal services, but the dragons always find their way to their new rider.

5. My dragon has little fuzzy hairs when it arrives—is that normal?
Yes! Those tiny “furs” (we call them dragon whiskers) are part of the 3D printing process. Totally normal. If you prefer a cleaner look, just give it a quick flick with a lighter flame 🔥—one swipe is enough, don’t roast your dragon.
